So My hope is to try and chronicle the seven day expedition that was SGC this year one day at a time. So day one was March 17th. As you can probably imagine day one was pretty much just a travel day. Luckily Tennessee has quite a few public sculptures to walk around and see!
Right in the center of downtown, Knoxville supports a rotating sculpture garden. These are a few of the current works. my personal favorite being this blue motorhome baby carriage.
.... and of corse after walking all day Tennessee had some great food to offer! We decided on the lovely Tupelo Honey Cafe in Knoxville's beautiful Market Square.
That baby carriage/rv is amazing. Love all the sculptures on display.
